Stuart Rimmer MBE

I have been in executive leadership positions and executive coaching for over 15 years, alongside being a CEO of a £40m business for over a decade and most recently supporting a nationally significant economic zone as DCEO. I have led strategy development and operational execution in a range of sectors and academically researched leadership. Personal insight and expertise into high pressure roles helps me support clients. I have seen it, experienced it, survived and thrived.

Well qualified, with an MBA, Msc Enterprise & Small Venture Management, executive leadership training at Oxford University Said Business School and post graduates in executive coaching. A TEDx speaker and a Senior Visiting Fellow in Leadership and Management and also a Visiting Professor in Leadership and coaching at a London university. 

I was awarded an MBE for services to education and was TES FE Leader of the Year in 2020. I am interested in using stoicism in coaching and launched my first book in Dec 2024 ‘A Stoic Reckoning: Why Stoicism is True’ (available on Amazon) . I live between London and the Lake District.

I am comfortable delivering large scale training sessions, or intimate board and executive  strategy development and have coached everyone from CEOs to first line leaders-at all stages of their leadership journey across, having worked across a range of sectors -from energy,  education to health or fintech and tech start up.
